Shipping Information

*All Items Ship for Free*

Paintings: All paintings are shipped Priority Mail in boxes through USPS or UPS. Signature will be required for high value items, usually over $400. Signature required can be requested at no extra charge for any shipment. Items can be shipped 'Hold for Pickup' upon request, if resident may not be home to sign. Shipments that are returned due to 'Unable to Delivery' will be refunded to customer, minus the cost of shipping.

Additional Costs: may be required for services like expediated shipping, island shipping, special handling requests, or long holding times for pick-up items. Customer will be expected to pay for additional costs. Costs will be disclosed, and paid by customer, before shipping.

Prints: Prints are sent via USPS in a flat envelope, within 2 days of order. Prints are sent no-signature required, unless specified. If multiple prints are ordered, prints may be sent in a box.

Returns: Contact me first

I will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If your item arrives damaged, contact me and I will replace the item, please send photos of the damage and package, so I can take measures to prevent similar damage. If you change your mind about which art you would like to keep, or simply do not want it, you will be responsible for return shipping. I will replace the art with different art one time with free outbound shipping, after I receive original shipment back.

Prints: Send prints in stiff envelope to prevent bending. Use an extra piece of cardboard if the envelope is too thin.

Paintings: Paintings must be sent in padded box with tracking and signature required. Damage incurred due to poor packing will result in the damage value deducted from refund. Please take a photo of item before placing in box.

Refunds: will be issued in the same payment method used to purchase the item. Refunds will be issued once the return is back in inventory. Please allow 2 days processing after item arrives.
